Refund and Returns Policy

At Shark Linkz Jewelry, we take pride in the fact that our chains are “Baked Fresh”—crafted with precision and care for every order. Our goal is to ensure you receive a piece that exceeds your expectations. However, if something isn’t right, here is how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Returns Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging (box, tags, and authenticity cards included).

  • A receipt or proof of purchase (invoice) is required.

3. Custom & Special Orders

Because many of our chains (such as those with custom text, specific stone settings, or “Season 1” exclusives) are made specifically for you, customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us immediately through our official channels.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).
